         Ever controversial Yoruba Actress Bisi Ibidapo-Obe, is angry at Nigerians who have been insisting that what she sells in her new shop are sex toys, saying that what she sells are not such things.

Bisi who is still to come out of her messy affair where she accused former member of the House of Representative, Hon. Dino Melaye, of being the father of her child, with Melaye denying such vehemently, before accepting her baby, is now biting at the people who stood by her during the
trying period of her life.
Though she actually posed for photographs with some dildoes and other paraphernalia of sex toys, Bisi still came out to say she does not run a sex toy shop and called Nigerians hypocrites for ever saying she is dealing in sex toys:

I did not open a sex toyshop. I sell men and women under wears and a few other things.

I also have a section for body massage, body polish and other things that are related to that.

On the issue of sex toys, I have this to say: if I sell sex toys so what? Nigerians are a bunch of hypocrites. They make issues out of non-issues. 

Funke Akindele Is Too Big For Me To Compete With: Says Toyin Aimakhu.

We are beginning to fall deeper in love with Yoruba actress, Toyin Aimakhu-Johnson, as she is exhibiting humility, respect and giving honour to whom it is due. She knows and acknowledges a better actress and knows she cannot compete with Jenifa star, Funke Akindele,
who is seen as one of the top actresses in th industry.
As much as she is becoming a better actress with many jobs and recognition coming her way, Toyin says Funke is too big for her to even contemplate overthrowing and that she holds Funke in high esteem because of what she has achieved.
In a recent interview, Iyawo Niyi said:

I can’t overthrow her (Funke) because no one can overthrow me as well. People do have a right to their opinions but we all know that the truth is she is a fantastic actress any time, any day.

So, she be my oga and I dey follow her for back.

Following his victory in the just concluded Gubernatorial elections in Ekiti state, Ayo Fayose has explained his journey to the government house attributing his victory to the fact that he is a grass-root politician who puts the needs of the masses first.

In a sit-down chat with journalists, the governor-elect equally attributed his victory to God. In his words:

 "It is the Lord’s doing. I want to recall that my removal in 2006 remains a mystery to the common man on the streets but they never left me for a day, they believed in me. I want to equally let you know that I was left with the people without money, eight years in the wilderness. My charge to every politician is to target the poor people. They will not come and ask you for contracts, all they want is to have their lives improved, to which they believe i have an answer.

I do things a governor is expected to do. For me, I am a grassroots man and because of the

way I operate with them, they call me Senior Advocate of the Masses. So, i want to continue that trend, i want to identify with them continuously,i will not leave them because the strategy is, when you are voted into power, don’t forget that 4 years is a short time.

It would be recalled that Ayo Fayose was Governor of Ekiti state from May 29th 2003 to October 16th 2006 before he was removed from office under  shady circumstances during the Obasanjo administration.
Meanwhile the now former governor, Kayode Fayemi has since called Ayo Fayose to concede victory and congratulate him on his victory.

What A Great Lost,Popular Business Tycoon Abdulazeez Arisekola Alao Passes Away at 69

 

Prominent Muslim figure Ibadan-based Nigerian business tycoon, Abdulazeez Arisekola Alao has passed away at age 69.

He died yesterday at an international hospital while receiving treatment for colon cancer.
A family member revealed that his body will be conveyed to Nigeria for burial as early as possible in accordance with Muslim rites.
While he lived, Alao was the Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland -  a prominent Muslim figure in Nigeria.

As Kefee's Remains Arrives Nigeria,Memorial Service Holds Tomorrow In US

The late Branama Queen, Irikefe Obareki, Keffee, who passed away on Friday, June 13, 2014, in the United States of America, will not be forgotten in a hurry as her friends and family have planned a memorial service and a celebration of life for the Kokoroko crooner.

The event which will hold in California on Thursday, 19 June, will parade some of the finest Nigerian gospel singers and ministers who are based in America, and according to the organizers, it will not be an event for tears but that of celebrating the impacts she had on Nigerians with her soul lifting songs, industry and encouraging spirit.

Meanwhile, her remains arrived Nigeria on Tuesday, June 17, ahead of the burial which will hold later this month.

The body was flown into the country via a Delta Airline aircraft and touched down at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos, at 4 pm. We wish her family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

 Even in death,the late singer, Keffee, is still being celebrated.

What A Sad News!! Kefee is gone!!!

I couldn't believe this,had wanted to be 100% sure; unfortunately it was true.So sad our Branama Queen is GONE.

She was just in her mid 30s looking forward to a great future recently released a song working on an album, spent 8 months in the US to pursue courses in video production and directing so she could pursue her dreams and now she's gone.

Too sad!

Kefee Obareki Don Momoh passed away this morning at the US hospital where she was taken to after she collapsed on stage and went  into coma.

She never came out of the coma. Her international manager has confirmed her passing and Kefee's husband also confirmed to a Star FM staff, where he works.
What a sad day. May her soul rest in peace..Amen.

"I Regret Exposing My Body" - Toyin Aimakhu

Pretty Nollywood actress, Toyin Aimakhu-Johnson, says she realised she made a big mistake by exposing her body earlier in her career and that almost affected her but for her husband who pointed out the danger to her and made her stop.
Toyin who recently signed her first endorsement deal Vas2Net Technologies, said she regretted ever dressing in such a manner and warns actresses who are now exposing their bodies to desist from it as such acts can destroy their careers.
Hear what she said:

I have learnt my lesson. People don't like those who expose their bodies in public. Celebrities can do it abroad but it is alien to our own culture.

I was young and carefree and had nobody to caution me. It took my husband to enlighten me and make me see my mistakes.

He helped me to realize I am a role model and have influence on my fans. I have realized these things now and it has helped me to have mature and quality fans who now show more interest in my personality and works.

I now encourage other people. Ever since then, my fortune has changed. I now have quality jobs and offers.

She has finally seen the light.
